Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Enjoy our fuss-free shopping experience with our top-notch customer service with 30-day free returns! 

Below is a list of possible reasons for returning our products (at least that's what we could think of!). However, you will not be able to return your item if you have a "change of mind"!

  1. Defective
  2. Wrong Product
  3. Missing Accessories

Store Purchase: Return within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product(s).

Online Purchase: Return within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the UNIQLO online store (www.flybyfly.com.my). Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 30th May.

Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.

For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.

For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.

Time Limit for Return
You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the payment receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account, credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies as well as local finance processing time.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs wil be refundable if items received is defective, wrong product or has missing accessories.
