ORDER POLICY

We use the best courier services to make sure your order gets to you on time. You will receive separate status updates throughout your shopping journey with us. Kindly note that our policies may change from time to time, please read this page to keep up with our current policies.

Delivery Policy

For products with immediate availability, we aim to ship all orders on the same or next business day (Monday to Friday). Delivery will usually take 2-3 working days depending on the courier company.

 For preorder items, however, it may take up to 2-3 working weeks to arrive at your doorstep. Please refer to the label of each product page. Kindly note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays. All local delivery orders (including Sabah & Sarawak) would be dispatched via either DHL or Citylink.

Packaging Policy

For small parcels, it would be dispatched in carrier via Poslaju, DHL, Fedex or Citylink. For big bulky parcels, it would be dispatched in carton boxes via Citylink. For small parcels, it would be bubbled wrapped to prevent damage. Therefore, shipping rates vary depending on a variety of factors from package measurements, shipment type, weight, location and more. Your understanding is much appreciated. 

Emails About Your Order

Order Placement Notification: This email confirms that you have successfully placed an order in the shopping car. Order reference number is given for traceability purpose. 

Payment Received Notification: This email confirms that your payment has been received. Your order will reviewed accordingly. 

Packing Slip Notification: This email confirms that your order has been processed. You will see the packing list consisting of your billing address, ship-to address, customer remarks (if any). 

Shipment Notification: This email confirms that your order has been fulfilled and shipped out to your preferred ship-to address. You will receive the parcel tracking information for tracking purpose.
