1. User Training

We help customers to understand the product features and how customers use them. In spite of the global Covid-19 pandemic, we are convinced that opening a retail shop would create an amazing in-store experiences and we want to focus on how customers feel when they engage FLYBYFLY brand to create a positive experience that lasts.

For instance, even in case of our Nursing Pillow which can be used in the different settings, it is very essential that the customers know how to properly breastfeed a newborn baby. Our nursing pillows comes with fastening straps so that it helps to keep the pillow more secure. This makes breastfeeding less disruptive. You can also use the straps to pull the baby closer to your body. 2. Online Support

We invest heavily in our product knowledge and also our ability to understand customers’ needs and build relationships. We have been providing online support for any of the product related queries via Facebook, Instagram and even WhatsApp. Our customers may call the online support or chat as per his/her comfort, discuss the problem and get it clarified. 

3. Warranty Services

This is perhaps the most common type of after sales service provided by almost every company for almost every product. Warranty services include repairing replacement of selected parts for a selected period of time. For example, we  provide complete care of FLYBYFLY products for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. We want to ensure your peace of mind when you shop with us. However, bear in mind that warranty does not cover wear and tear, and damages arisen from misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions.
